This privacy policy describes how LeaderTech LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information through our software products and integrations, including the Quilligator content-publishing platform and any associated Pinterest, Google Search Console, Amazon Associates, OpenAI, and Anthropic API integrations operated by LeaderTech LLC.
Through the Quilligator platform and its integrations we may process: API access tokens you supply (stored locally on your deployment, never shared), Pinterest board IDs you authorize the application to post to, the public URLs and metadata of articles you publish, and aggregate analytics derived from page traffic on sites you operate. We do not collect personal data from end-users beyond what is required to display articles, capture optional newsletter sign-ups, or attribute affiliate referrals.
API tokens and credentials are used solely to authenticate with the third-party services you authorize (Pinterest, Anthropic, OpenAI, Unsplash, Google Search Console, Amazon Associates, ConvertKit). They are never transmitted to LeaderTech LLC servers; they remain on your own deployment.
When you connect a Pinterest account to a Quilligator deployment, the application stores the access token and the board ID(s) you nominate, and uses the Pinterest API solely to publish pins linking back to articles you have published on your own site. No personal Pinterest data, follower data, or private board content is read or shared with third parties. Tokens are revocable at any time from your Pinterest developer dashboard.
We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties. Service-to-service traffic (e.g. articles posted to Pinterest, AI calls to Anthropic and OpenAI) is governed by those services' own privacy policies, which you accept when you supply API credentials to the application.
Configuration data and analytics aggregates are retained on your deployment for as long as you operate it. Deleting your deployment removes all stored tokens and analytics permanently.
You may revoke any third-party API token at any time, delete your deployment, or contact us to request deletion of any data LeaderTech LLC holds on your behalf.
